Help With A PHP Web form please !!?

I have a free hosting acount at www.awardspace.com. I have set up a PHP form correctly and tested it and everything seems to be fine except it’s not getting to my email inbox, i’m never recieving anything to my email ??
I have checked the settings for my acount and this is what I got:

“Sendmail path – /usr/sbin/sendmail ::: (SMTP is disabled for your hosting account)”

Is this why i can’t get any of the form submissions into my email ???
