Web design using an online WYSIWYG web page editor? Is it okay to offer as a business?

I would like to do web design for small clients locally with an online web editor. It’s a website that allows you to edit your own websites and make them, also allowing you to mask it to their domain. It does require a monthly service contract for ad-free pages, and I was wondering if this was okay to sell as a service? I would have my customers set up the web hosting with their own cc, instead of billing it as a third party and paying for it myself, but is this illegal?

I don’t see why utilizing a web service someone is paying for to build the site for them (so they don’t have to) would be a problem. I would charge only a nominal fee for building the site and setting it up to forward through their domain.

Does anyone else do this? Is it okay to do?

help with building my web page…?

I am creating a website within my LAN. I have it hosted on one of my desktops via apache. there is something that I have been trying to add. I want to add like a private chat room. If that isnt possible at least a comment book. I want it all to stay within my LAN, and not transfer onto the internet. I hope this makes sense. So the chat room would be top choice but if that isnt going to happen for free then how would I go about adding a commentbox / guest book where the comments are saved onto that html page and not transmitted to internet

A web host’s page shows an unverifiable certificate for a https should I trust, they say they sign their own?

I want to try a new host but when I went to setup the site, firefox told me their certificate for the secure connection could not be verified. The certificate had expired 4 months ago. When I asked their support they told me that they sign their own certificates. I am concerned and don’t know weither I’m being picky or just ignorant but it seems like a scam. Why should I trust their word? Can someone explain to me if I should or should not expect these things to be in order.
