MBIA Inc. Reports First Quarter 2010 Financial Results
ARMONK, N.Y.—-MBIA Inc. today reported Adjusted Book Value per share of $36.01 as of March 31, 2010, compared with $36.35 as of December 31, 2009. ABV declined modestly in the first quarter as increased credit impairments on insured credit derivatives and insurance incurred losses exceeded earnings from all other sources.
