I’m Looking for a free web-hosting site, with free domain (after lots of traffic), and lots of bandwidth?

I want to make a blog, and I want a good free hosting site that is compatible with the latest wordpress, and has unlimited/lots of bandwidth.

Another plus would be is if you get a lot of traffic, you can earn points or get a free(.com) domain name. But this is not nessecary if they dont have any forced ads.

Please help.

How to Monetise Your Website Even if You Don’t Get Any Traffic

Site monetisation can be difficult thing to perfect – especially for new website & blog owners who get little if any traffic to their sites. Here, we’ll look at some of the best ways of monetising your website, even if you’re not pulling in anything beyond a trickle of traffic.

1. Site Monetisation – Are You Seeing Beyond The Hype?

Take a few moments to peer beyond the hype and you may be surprised at how many different ways there are to generate revenue from your online site/blog. True online business entrepreneurs know and understand that while traditional site monetisation options like Adsense and standard pay-per-sale offers should always form the basis of any site – there’s much more on offer for the sophisticated site owner. And just sometimes, these mysterious other options put standard monetisation models to shame.

The internet is continually evolving, and ecommerce has led the frontline in this respect. All sorts of different site models have sprung up to serve the billions of core prospects who now look to the web for their products, services and information needs. The thing is, different niches have taken on very different web persona’s to serve these wildly different people, and their needs. Compare the top authority sites in 2 unrelated niches, and you’ll see that they do a lot of things differently – including the base methods they use to generate income.

Before we go on – If you’re reading this, there’s a strong possibility you’ve been influenced to a large degree by a lot of internet marketing “gurus” via newsletters and digital products – particularly as to how an internet business site should be structured and run. As such, you need to understand one thing – when you read whatever it is that Mr Mumbo Von Jumbo happens to be promoting that particular day, it may have a seriously bent twist on reality. So, when Mr Von Jumbo wants a nice little commission on the new Adsense course, you’ll be led to believe Adsense is THE only way forward with site monetisation. On another day, he’ll claim that all niches must have a butterfly script structure. And so the dance continues as he promotes the latest products that happen to come along. Look, that’s just the nature of the game, and it wont change – ever. What I want to do here is remind you that actually, you’re intelligent enough to realise that you MUST research on your own initiative for every major thing that impacts on your business…be that choosing a very potent niche for your next venture, or deciding how best to monetise the space on your blog, newsletter, download page and so on.

So, what are some of the options open to you? Read on and we’ll talk about a few of the most popular, and perhaps one or two unknowns that may well raise an eyebrow.

2. What’s The Best Site Monetisation Strategy For You?

The answer, is that it is different for each and every niche. The ways by which you should be achieving your revenue targets will depend which area you’re in. For example, travel is superb for Adsense and big ticket sales commissions. So do that. Other niches like forex, real estate and debt repair are awesome for pay per leads as well as Adsense. Other industries offer dismal returns on Google Adsense – if you’re in one of these, look for something else to monetise your webspace.

It’s worth talking about PPL for a moment or two. I love it – in fact, I am gobsmacked that this method is so rarely talked about by the gurus. I’ll bet that most people who are doing very well online get a fair chunk of their bottom line through this method.

The reason pay per lead can be so powerful is the underlying concept. You see, with PPL, your prospect simply has to do something simple – fill out a form or download a product, or set-up a complimentary account…and the person who referred them to the host website gets paid. Everytime, whether the person goes on to buy a thing or not. Can you see how this is so useful? A well constructed website should be able to align highly targeted content with a relevant PPL offer right next to it – this is good for your conversion rates. For example, a website on debt and credit repair – a page with information/videos on fixing debt can have a PPL offer that offers a zero cost repair credit quote. A lot of targeted prospects will check that out, and go for the quote. And the really interesting part is that some PPL offers (in solid niches) can have leads that generate twenty to a hundred bucks each. It’s rare of course (many offer low payouts).

3. A New Site Monetisation Method – Get Paid Every Month Even If You Have Zero/Low Traffic Sites:

Now one thing before we go. I’m including this site because I read about it and it appears to have reasonable feedback. I almost did NOT include it because I dislike mentioning things that have not been thoroughly tried and tested in my newsletter. That’s my jittery disclaimer done ok?

Put simply, there’s a newish affiliate directory that pairs up your website with advertisers – the twist is, they hand you a check for placing the ad no matter what your traffic stats. I find this to be a little odd (no advertisers should really opt for this – but apparently many do, presumably because they’re a little lightheaded and have no clue they’ll be getting sites with zero traffic).
The reason I have not tested it is that the payout is way below what I consider acceptable (your sites can earn about $6 per ad you display on your site, per month). However, if you have zero traffic and a new site, and have zero site income …look into it. Further details can be found here:

Remember – as an internet business entrepreneur, your website & blog is your display space. It’s up to you to research, test and monetise that space so that it brings you maximum returns. It may be Adsense. Or PPL – or it may well be something that you didn’t even know existed.

Viral marketing basics: How to get low-cost traffic to your site

Viral marketing is a buzz word in the Internet marketing community, but it’s gone on in the offline world for years under other names – “leveraging the market”, “creating a buzz” or “word of mouth.”

Online, viral marketing is the process of distributing a free resource and encouraging others to pass it along to others. Your free resource includes information about your paid product. As the resource gets spread around, your marketing message gets spread around too.

The first step is to come up with a free resource. It can be a white paper, training, a video, an audio recording, an online calculator, a game….the possibilities are endless. Although this resource will be free it should also be of high quality.

Your market won’t pass it along if it doesn’t offer any help or doesn’t work correctly.

Create it as if you were going to sell it and you’ll maintain the right level of quality. If you make your resource timeless, you can profit from it for years to come.

Your resource should exploit the natural tendencies of other people. It will spread if it plays upon the needs of the people in your niche.

For example: the need to feel important, the need to get ahead, the need to make money or save money, etc. If your resource speaks to one of these needs, you can ensure that it will be passed on. People love to be in the know, feel like they are getting secrets and have insider tips.

If your niche can be related to one of these ideas, your viral marketing campaign will have more success.

The next step is to make it easy to transfer to others.

The simplest way is to give the people who download your resource a link that they can pass on to others. On the page where you are hosting the resource, you can add a link that will allow the visitors to e-mail it to others with one click.

You can also add icons for distributing your resource to social networking sites.

Whatever your delivery method is, make sure that you’re ready for the big influx of traffic. When you run a viral marketing campaign, it will spread like wildfire, ideally.

This means that your website will be hit with a lot of traffic at once. Ensure that it can handle this amount of traffic so you won’t have any server errors while you are running your viral marketing campaign.

It would be a shame for visitors to hit an error while they are visiting your site.

Once you’ve got the basics of your viral marketing campaign set up, you should promote it. Let people on your blog know that you’ve got a new free resource about it.

Blast it out on your Twitter account and let your Facebook friends know. You can even distribute an online press release to get more traffic to your viral marketing resource page.
